Warmth and strength in Waikanae

Commissioned with this Ryman Healthcare Development project we were proud to supply and install the company’s exclusive balustrades, with the internal sections also featuring beautiful polished wooden handrails.

This was the first small town development for Ryman Healthcare and, as we have been for the past ten years, we were engaged to supply external and internal aluminium balustrades and handrails throughout the village.

The balustrades are distinctive and easily recognisable as a Ryman Village feature, and we installed both 350 metres of external terrace balustrade and 300 metres internally.

The internal balustrades are a key feature of the building’s atrium, each being topped with polished Jarrah handrails. This railing both looks stunning and feels warm, complementing the inviting atmosphere of the village and delivering praise from the residents.

What a lovely job your people have done with these balustrades, the wood handrail is simply gorgeous! It’s just so nice to hold on to and really adds warmth to the atrium area.
